Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 July 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PickClub mobile application and related services (the “Service”), operated by Wyn Ecosystem Company Limited (“Wyn”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You sign in using a supported third-party provider (Apple or Google). You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
2. Clubs, sessions and hosts
Hosts create and manage clubs, leagues and social sessions, including any fees, formats and ratings. Wyn is not a party to arrangements between hosts and players and does not guarantee the availability, safety, pricing or outcome of any session. Sport carries inherent physical risk; you participate at your own risk.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
- Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a club or person.
4. Content you provide
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as a profile photo, club logo, or club details). You grant Wyn a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
5. Availability & changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
6. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyn is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
